Ms. Domoto earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Environmental Science from California State University, Sacramento.

Ms. Domoto has a long history of small business ownership including a high-tech consulting and placement firm with clients on both coasts. She has attended over 25 billing and coding seminars sponsored by private and government agencies to increase her knowledge of the ever-changing medical billing industry.  She is a medical billing instructor with The Learning Exchange in Sacramento, California.

She is a member of the American Academy of Opthalmology, the California State Medical Group Management Association, and the Practice Managers Resource and Networking Community.
